Pricing

Simple, per-device pricing. No surprises.

FusionPrep is priced per kitchen device — and every plan includes every feature. Training, safety, and compliance. Labeling, temp logs, line checks, reporting. All of it. Environmental monitoring and hardware are add-ons when you need them, priced separately so you only pay for what you use.

$35 per device, per month

Every feature. Every pillar. Every integration.

Optional Add-On

24/7 eyes on every walk-in.

Wireless sensors from MachineQ, a Comcast company, log temperatures in your walk-ins, freezers, and coolers — around the clock, including every hour your kitchen is dark. Alerts fire the moment a unit goes out of range.

Optional. Most operators start with the tablet app and add monitoring when they want visibility into units that fail overnight.

The Math

The real competition isn't other software. It's paper.

Most multi-unit kitchens today aren't running on fancy software. They're running on masking tape and a Sharpie. Paper recipes in a binder someone updated last quarter. A spreadsheet a corporate analyst built two years ago. A homegrown tool someone in IT spun up and hasn't touched since. A clipboard on the walk-in door, stained with last week's prep.

At $35/device/month, FusionPrep replaces all of it with one system your team learns once and uses every shift.

Hardware · Optional · A la carte

Hardware, when you need it.

Buy from us or source direct — your choice. Most operators mix: tablet from us, labels from us, thermometers and sensors from their preferred supplier. FusionPrep works with compatible thermal label printers and Bluetooth thermometers. Note that support may be limited for hardware sourced outside our recommended list — talk to us first about what we recommend.

FAQ

Questions we get often.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up on our Demo page — no credit card required. The trial runs 30 days with sample data so you can explore every feature. If you need more time, just ask — most prospects do.
What does “per device” actually mean?
One tablet in a kitchen = one device. Most locations run one device per kitchen. You pay for the devices in kitchens actively using FusionPrep — users on the web control panel are unlimited and free.
Do I have to buy environmental monitoring?
No. It’s a $25/location/month add-on for operators who want 24/7 temperature visibility in walk-ins, freezers, and coolers. Many operators start with just the tablet app and add monitoring later.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Most customers configure recipes, safety protocols, and schedules themselves using the control panel and our docs. White-glove onboarding (we input all your data for you) is available as a paid service — we quote it after reviewing the volume of data involved.
Do you have contracts?
Month-to-month by default. Discounts are available with a 36-month agreement. No multi-year lock-ins unless you want the discount.
Can I source my own hardware?
Yes. You can buy iPads, label printers, and Bluetooth thermometers direct from your preferred supplier. Note that support may be limited if you source hardware we don't formally support — talk to our team about which models we recommend before you buy.
When will Android be supported?
Android compatibility is actively in development. Operators with mixed-device fleets should ask our sales team about the roadmap.
What if we grow or shrink?
You're billed only for active devices. Add a kitchen, add a device. Close a location, the device comes off the bill.
Who owns the data?
You do. Full export is available at any time.
